The rooftop swimming pool was a big plus. I enjoyed the time I spent there. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I also got a free room upgrade when I arrived.
I found this unprofessional. The bedside table was far from one side of the bed. the water heater was not efficient.

the breakfast selection felt quite limited. it seemed heavily influenced by indian cuisine, more like stepping into an indian restaurant than a hotel. also, the reception staff wasn't very cute during check-in. i felt a bit dismissed, it left a bad first impression

My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The bed was comfy, the sheets were clean, and the pillows were very supportive. Breakfast offered a great variety of choices, including some Indian dishes.
The gym only has two stationary bikes.

the staff at reception was so helpful and kind, especially tohfa! he was the best. breakfast was good, with a wide variety of tasty options. the location proved ideal for my needs, being close to all the places i wanted to visit.
I noticed the entrance area was a bit small. There was not enough space to comfortably stop the car and unload luggage, slightly inconvenient.

The room was immaculate. It was kept beautifully clean by the housekeeping team and i especially want to mention hasitha, who did an excellent job of maintaining a fresh, cute space.

Robina at Guest Services and Jalal in housekeeping were especially attentive and efficient. I found the in-house restaurants and bars to be quite good. The gym facilities were also well-kept and adequate for a workout.
